He has over 14+ years experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Marketing and Client Servicing across various sectors of Indian industry.
A proactive planner with abilities in devising effective strategies for augmenting business, identifying and penetrating new market segments, promoting products for business excellence.
Gaurav has been associated with Adecco and Manpower, Two of the largest HR services companies of the world.
He has taken more than 10,000 interviews and has placed over 1000 candidates across level till date.
An alumnus of Delhi Public School has a bachelor degree in commerce from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from LBS.UK.
Mukul Gupta
He is a Law Graduate and also has a Bachelors Degree in Economics (Hons.) and has been practicing since 1980 as a Tax Consultant in the field of Sales Tax, Work Contract Tax, VAT and Service Tax.
Mr. Gupta has been a Member of Board of Directors as well as Chairman of the Audit Committee Federal Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd
Mr. Gupta was the Secretary General of ‘All India Federation of Tax Practitioners’ for two years for 2008 & 2009 and presently he is the member of National Executive Committee of 'All India Federation of Tax Practitioners'. He is member of Supreme Court Bar Association, New Delhi since 1985 as well as member of International Bar Association.
Mr. Mukul Gupta is the Of-Counsel with M/s Titus & Co., Advocates, New Delhi.
Subodh Mullick
A Management Graduate from XLRI he has over 28 years of rich and cross-cultural experience in heading People Management Operations & contributes to the Firm's strategic and operational goals by the provision of a fully integrated and effective Human Resources Service. He specializes in the areas of HR / Training & OD / Assessments & Development Centres / Executive Coaching / Organizational Psychodynamics. He also consults / trains in the areas of: Organization Diagnostics, Organization Restructuring, Regular Personality Development and Motivation Sessions for Engineering & Management students, Guest Faculty with Delhi University, Train the Trainers and Building Assessment Centres.

Ajay Chathli
He has over 20 years experience in business development, strategic planning and marketing across various sectors of Indian industry.
Mr. Ajay specializes in supporting client organizations in their industry and business research needs. He facilitates international companies in their Indian entry strategies through international trade bodies. He also addresses their talent needs by assisting in talent acquisition.
Mr. Ajay's previous assignments include Head of Operations for Adecco's Process & Life Sciences practice in India. He was also a Deputy Director at the Federation of India Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), New Delhi, where he led the Chemicals and Pharmaceutical division. Ajay spearheaded several critical research initiatives and projects and organized many international conferences.
An alumnus of Kingsbury High School, London, Ajay has a degree in Economics from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing. He has also been visiting faculty at Indraprastha University, New Delhi.
DD Maheshwari
Has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani, and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
Has over 30 years experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, project planning & implementation of projects, project exports, setting up grassroot projects , site selection, land acquisition, infrastructure planning, technology transfer and/or JV with Indian or foreign companies, imports & exports, logistics & supply chain, insurance, erection and commissioning, setting up SEZ in Gujarat, market research, new business development, corporate planning.
Worked in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, sugar, infrastructure (commercial & industrial) and food retailing.
Has worked with Hindustan Lever Ltd, Engineers India Ltd, Sarabhai Group (Textiles & Synthetic Fibres), Jubilant Group (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas and food).
Has exposure to mergers & acquisitions, dealing with companies from USA, Canada, UK, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden. Spain, Finland, France, Italy, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand & Sri Lanka.
He is a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International, Member of Project Management Institute, USA, Member- Institute of Management Consultants of India, Life Member- Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers, Member - All India Management Association. , associated with a few NGOs, Mentor with Indian Angel Network, Advisor to start ups, mentoring small businesses and preparing them for PE/VC funding.
